London Islamic School Orphan Sponsorship – A Great Success!
Alhamdulillah, this Ramadan our school exceeded the goal by re-sponsoring 16 orphans plus 12 more to a total of 28 orphans through our Kids Helping Kids program for the year 2022. Our initial goal this year was to raise $10,000 but instead, we collected $16,908.05
In the past 6 years, plus this year, during the month of Ramadan, our school raised a total of ($31,751.22+ $16,908.05) $48,659.72. During these years the students have been participating in the Kids Helping Kids program to show support and compassion to orphans all around the world. They also learned that “The best charity is that given in Ramadan” Tirmidhi. We ask Allah سبحانه وتعالى to help us continue the Kids Helping Kids program for years to come.
